Eclipse

'Eclipse' symbolises the temporary dimming of the light. The moment when the familiar fades, direction and stability vanish, and you are left to rely solely on yourself. A period in which the light that once seemed self-evident can suddenly feel distant and out of reach.

Yet darkness is never the end of light. It is precisely when everything around you grows dark that space is created to turn inwards. To reflect on what has been lost, to let go of what no longer fits, and to rediscover who you are and what lives deep within you. In this way, darkness becomes not only a period of loss, but also a place where something new can emerge: a transformation, a rebirth.

What makes ‘Eclipse’ special is that it actually brings light into the darkness. This light symbolises the light you learn to find within yourself when the light around you has temporarily vanished. You learn not only to wait for the eclipse to pass, but also discover that a light lives within you too. A light that you learn to recognise, nurture and let shine.

When the eclipse finally lifts, the light returns. But you have changed. You are no longer the same person you were before it grew dark. The light, too, has changed. The light that emerged from the darkness bears the marks of what you have been through. It shines differently: more deeply, more consciously and closer to your true self.
